Shipping Charges for Orders Shipped Inside U.S.A Orders shipped to locations in the USA will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Parcel Post, whichever is appropriate based on weight. If you have other special shipping requirements just contact us and we will try to meet your special shipping needs. Insurance is not included in the shipping fees. If you wish to include insurance with your order, just contact us and we will provide you with a quote for insurance. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage of uninsured items. The rates for shipping in the USA based on total cost of items ordered are as follows: Shipping Charges for Orders Shipped Outside U.S.A Shipping for orders shipped outside the USA will be handled on an individual basis. After you complete your order a summary of the order will be sent to us which includes your location. We will then send you an email with your shipping options and the associated shipping costs. Once the shipping and payment methods (see Payment Types Accepted Section below for payment types accepted for orders outside of USA) are established, you will be sent an invoice for your order. Shipping Schedule Orders will be shipped within a week of when the order is received, usually on Mondays or Tuesdays. Certain orders may be able to be processed sooner and will go out before the usual Monday/Tuesday shipping date. Payment Types Accepted We accept Credit Cards, and Paypal for orders from the USA. Payment type for orders outside of the USA will be evaluated on an individual basis. After you complete your order a summary of the order will be sent to us. We will then send you an email with your payment options. Once the payment method is established, you will be sent an invoice for your order. We apologise for this procedure, but the high occurrence of fraud from certain locations has necessitated the need to screen all orders from outside the USA on an individual basis. Order Modifications/Cancellations If a request is made to change an order due to certain circumstances that may have occurred we will allow you to change your order if you contact us before the item has been shipped. Out of Stock Some of the products we offer are available in limited quantities and it is possible that an item may be ordered that is no longer available. We will notify you if an item you order is out of stock. The amount of the cost of the item and portion of shipping (if warranted) for the item will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account. Condition of Items We will try to provide you with the items you order in the best condition possible, however, mint condition cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Naturally, this does not apply to damaged package items we sell at a discount. Return of Damaged Items In the event that you order an item that is damaged, we will accept the return if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and explain the nature of the damage. An item cannot be returned without first receiving authorization. See the Product Returns section below for the procedure for returning the item. Return of Undamaged Items In the event that you order an item that is not damaged but for some reason you want to return it, we will accept the return if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. This type of return will incur a 10% restocking fee. The package with the returned item must be shipped back to us at the purchaser's expense. A product cannot be returned without first receiving authorization. See the Product Returns section below for the procedure for returning the item. Product Returns Prior to returning a product, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted or processed without a Return Authorization Number. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item. |
