Policies

If you receive an item that is damaged or is the incorrect item and you want to return it or request a refund you must contact us.  The request for return/refund must be received within 7 days of delivery of the item.  You must contact us at mtview@optonline.net to address these issues.  For damaged items, only the cost of the item can be refunded.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded for damaged items.

We understand that you may want to return an item that you ordered, even though there are no issues such as damage or incorrect item.  The request to return the item must be received within 7 days of delivery of the item.  You must contact us at mtview@optonline.net before sending the item back to obtain authorization.  The item cannot be opened for us to accept the return.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.  Once the item is received and verified the refund will be sent to the customer.  Only the cost of the item will be refunded.  No shipping costs will be refunded.
